LeadFoot Analytics Inc., doing business as Service Stories ("Service Stories," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the businesses they serve. Our Customers are business owners and their authorized team members who use our platform to generate content, manage their online presence, and connect third-party integrations.

Product Improvement. We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from customer-contributed information — such as industry terminology, keyword patterns, and usage behavior — to improve the performance of our platform and enhance the experience for all users. This data cannot be traced back to any individual customer or company. No personally identifiable information or business-specific data is used in this process.
When you connect a third-party platform to Service Stories and enable the ingestion of operational data — including information about your own customers, service records, and job histories — you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents required to share that data with Service Stories for the purpose of content generation.
Service Stories acts as a data processor with respect to this integration data. We process it solely at your direction and for the purposes you have authorized. We do not use integration data for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party data within the Service Stories platform complies with all applicable laws and any agreements you have with your own customers.
Service Stories does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or your business data to third parties for monetary compensation or any other consideration. This applies to all data you provide directly, all data generated through your use of the platform, and all data ingested through your connected integrations.
We will never sell your data. This is a core commitment of how we operate.
We do not sell your data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers. We work with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate and deliver the Service, including cloud infrastructure, payment processing, authentication, and customer support tools. These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Legal Compliance. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid request from a government authority, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Service Stories, our users, or the public.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
Billing Pause. If you stop your subscription but do not delete your account, your account remains active. Your data is fully retained and accessible. You will be unable to generate new content until your subscription is reactivated. Previously connected integrations will no longer ingest new data.
Account Deletion. If you request deletion of your account, your personal data and business data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of the deletion request. This window exists to accommodate customers who change their mind shortly after requesting deletion.
Anonymized Inferences. Aggregated, anonymized inferences derived from your usage — such as industry-level language patterns — are not linked to your account and are not subject to deletion upon account closure, as they contain no information traceable to you or your business.
We retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate legal and compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure.
No method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
The Service is intended for use by business owners and professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take prompt steps to delete it.
Regardless of where you are located, Service Stories is committed to honoring the privacy rights established under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable privacy frameworks. These rights include:
